Spray Foam Marketing 🚀
Meta and Google ads, landing pages and fast follow-up built for spray foam jobs, with the real cost per lead, per booked estimate and per signed job from our insulation accounts.

A spray foam marketing agency should do three things: run ads that pre-qualify the job (attic, crawl space, pole barn, metal building), get every lead booked fast, and follow up for weeks, because spray foam tickets are bigger and slower to close. In our published insulation accounts on Meta, leads cost $12 to $52 and about one in three booked an estimate. The leads are exclusive: they come from your ads, not from a list sold to other contractors.
Two of our published case studies are spray-focused companies. One says it outright: Spray Insulation Pros' ads targeted homeowners who needed spray insulation. ThermoSpray of Lexington has spray in its name, but its case study does not break revenue down by insulation type, so read it as an insulation result.
Account | Period | Leads | Cost per lead | Estimates or appointments | Closed | Revenue | Pipeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Spray Insulation Pros (spray insulation ads, new business) | First month | 30+ | As low as $12 | 25 estimates | Several jobs | $30,000 | $60,000 |
3 months | 100+ | $34.49 (estimated) | 38 booked | 4 jobs | $45,000+ (13x ROAS) | About $200,000 |
Spray Insulation Pros spent about $360 on ads that first month. That is roughly $14 per estimate (our calculation from the published figures).
Here is the wider picture across our insulation accounts, all run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram):
Account | Ad spend | Leads | Cost per lead | Booked | Cost per booked estimate | Closed | Ad spend per signed job |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
$254.14 | 12 | $21.18 | 4 | $63.54 | 1 | $254.14 | |
$1,862 | 50 | $37 | 27 | $68.96 | 2 | $931 | |
$1,730.87 | 48 | $36.06 | 19 | $91.10 | Not published | Not published | |
$2,892.46 | 84 | $36 | 29 | $99.74 | 2 | $1,446.23 | |
$456.20 | 13 | $35.09 | Not published | Not published | 1 | $456.20 |
Cost per booked estimate and ad spend per signed job are our calculations from the published spend, booked and closed numbers (Ozark's $91.10 is published). Booking rates in these accounts ran from 31% to 43% of leads.
Spray foam is not sold like a blown-in attic top-up. Angi's 2026 data puts the average spray foam project at $2,887 (4,048 projects, typical range $1,455 to $4,337), against $1,661 for blown-in. A whole house can run $4,000 to $29,000. That changes the marketing in four ways:

Channel | What it does for spray foam | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) | Reaches homeowners before they search; install videos and before and after photos explain the value | Main lead source in all our published insulation accounts |
Google Search ads | Catches people already searching "spray foam insulation near me" | When you can answer calls fast; Home & Home Improvement leads cost a median $90.92 on Google (WordStream 2026) |
Google Business Profile and reviews | Wins the map results and builds trust for a big-ticket job | Always; it is free |
Landing page built for spray foam | Explains open vs closed cell, shows installs, asks the right questions | Every paid campaign |
CRM, texting and follow-up | Calls or texts each lead within minutes, books the estimate, follows up on quotes | Every lead, every channel |
On Meta, WordStream's 2026 benchmark for Home & Home Improvement lead campaigns is a median $42.95 per lead. Most of our insulation accounts came in between $30 and $37.
The best spray foam ads lead with a problem the homeowner already feels, then show the fix.
Not all spray foam leads are equal. Here is what each source gives you, based on what each provider publishes.
Source | How it works | Shared with other contractors? | What it costs |
|---|---|---|---|
Your own ads (what we run) | Homeowners respond to your ad and land in your CRM | No, the lead is yours | Our insulation accounts: $12 to $52 per lead on Meta |
Angi and similar marketplaces | You pay for leads in your category and area | Often; the same lead can go to several pros (Housecall Pro) | $15 to $85 per lead from contractor reports (Housecall Pro); about $542 per booked job (Blue Grid Media 2026) |
SprayFoam.com and SprayFoam Magazine leads page | Leads posted by marketing companies, agencies, homeowners and builders; you buy them with credits. SprayFoam.com also lists contractors in a Contractor Finder directory | The page does not say | 50 to 250 credits per lead on October 23, 2026; the page does not show what a credit costs |
Mac Leads (automated phone surveys) | Phone surveys in your zip codes; respondents agree to a home energy visit | Described as exclusive to the contractor's territory (Spray Foam Magazine, 2011) | Not published |
SprayFoam.com is the industry site that also publishes Spray Foam Magazine. When we checked its leads page on October 23, 2026, it listed about 50 leads from the last 30 days across the U.S. and Canada. Some had useful details; several had almost no description. Lead boards can fill a slow week, but you compete with every contractor who buys the same listing. Exclusive leads from your own ads also build something you keep: a list of homeowners, reviews and a pipeline.
Work back from your own numbers. If your average spray foam job is $5,000 and you are fine spending 15% of revenue on ads, you can spend $750 per signed job. In our accounts, ad spend per signed job ran from about $254 to $1,446. Use our cost per booked job calculator with your own ticket, booking rate and closing rate. Our insulation marketing cost guide covers agency fees and tools.
Ask every agency the same questions:

Most get them from a mix of paid ads (Meta and Google), a strong Google Business Profile with reviews, referrals from builders and past customers, and sometimes bought leads. Ads you control give you exclusive leads; marketplaces and lead boards are often shared.
In our published insulation accounts on Meta, leads cost $12 to $52, most between $30 and $37. WordStream's 2026 benchmarks for Home & Home Improvement put the median at $42.95 on Facebook and $90.92 on Google. Judge leads by cost per booked estimate and per signed job, not only by cost per lead.
Both can work. Facebook and Instagram are better for showing installs and reaching homeowners before they search; all our published insulation results come from Meta. Google catches people already searching, at a higher cost per lead. Many companies start with Meta and add Google once follow-up is in place.
Usually, yes. A shared lead is often sent to several contractors, so you compete on speed and price. An exclusive lead from your own ad only talks to you, and you keep the contact for follow-up and future work.
Leads can start in the first days of a campaign. Spray Insulation Pros closed $30,000 in its first month. Bigger jobs take longer: plan for weeks of follow-up between the estimate and the signature.
Lead with the problem (cold room over the garage, drafty crawl space, hot shop), show a real install, and offer a free on-site estimate. Avoid vague claims and savings numbers you cannot back up.
If you can, it helps. An attic offer brings more leads, and the inspection lets you quote foam where it is the right fix. Spray-only companies do well with ads aimed at barns, metal buildings, crawl spaces and additions.
Why Spray Foam Contractors Choose Growth Partner
Ads that speak to cold rooms over garages, drafty crawl spaces, pole barns and metal buildings, with offers that book an on-site estimate.
Our published insulation case studies, including spray-focused accounts, show leads, cost per lead, booked estimates and revenue, account by account.

Our Spray Foam Marketing Process
From the first ad to the signed spray foam job, we run the system so you can focus on installs.
Our strategists, designers and media buyers build offers for the spray foam jobs you want more of, such as attics, crawl spaces, pole barns, metal buildings or new additions, in the areas you serve.

We run your Meta and Google ads and send every lead into a GoHighLevel CRM set up to book estimates, follow up on spray foam quotes and track how many jobs you close from each campaign.

Automatic texts, reminders and AI-assisted qualification reach each new lead quickly and book estimates on your calendar while your crews are on the job, so fewer homeowners go cold.

We track click, lead, booked estimate, signed job and revenue, then keep the offers and audiences that bring paying spray foam jobs, not only cheap leads, and cut what does not.

Spray foam and insulation companies with crews ready for bigger jobs, and new spray rigs that need leads from day one.
